Management Team

Harold Rivadeneira, Director, Data Management
Hal is the founder and a principal of Databean and is primarily responsible for business development. He has 13+ years experience in web-based application development of EDC, CTMS and data registries. His previous employment included management positions at IBM, MemberWorks, and Columbia University where he managed pharmaceutical and NIH sponsored clinical trials. He graduated for City College of New York where he majored in Biology and Premedical studies.

Nuala Ronan, Managing Director, Clinical Affairs
Nuala provides 15+ years of clinical trial management experience in the medical device industry as a monitor, trial manager and director of clinical trials for novel therapeutic companies. She has excellent insight into device technology, patient population, site management and data management of complex IDE studies and post market registries. She holds a degree in Nursing from East Birmingham University, England and pre-medical studies at Columbia University, New York. She has excellent contacts in the industry/field and will act as the clinical affairs and business development officer for the company.

Peter Terrizzi, Chief Technology Officer
Peter has 20 years of experience in software development and consulting, and has been a principal of Databean since its inception. His experience includes senior software engineering, technical lead and development management positions at Dun & Bradstreet, Hyperion Solutions, Priceline, MemberWorks and ACNielsen. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and Mathematics from Roger Williams University, and a master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of New Haven, CT. Peter regularly trains and mentors software developers in the latest technologies from Microsoft and is an active contributor to online forums related to software development practices.
